Company Information
YachtMe Rentals ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides a platform that connects guests with independent boat and yacht owners offering vessel rental and charter services throughout South Florida.
Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to vessel availability and owner approval.
A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been provided by YachtMe Rentals.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Prices, availability, and vessel specifications are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled departure date and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled charter may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the vessel owner and captain.
Weather Conditions
The captain has final authority regarding weather conditions and vessel safety.
If unsafe weather conditions prevent the charter from operating, guests may be offered a rescheduled date or refund based on the vessel owner's policy.
Light rain, cloudy conditions, or minor weather changes may not qualify for cancellation.
Captain Authority
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain at all times.
The captain reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests engage in unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
The captain may refuse boarding to any guest who appears intoxicated, impaired, or poses a safety risk.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:

Complying with all federal, state, and local laws
Guests may be financially responsible for damages caused by negligence, misconduct, or misuse of the vessel.
Vessel Rules

Bringing unauthorized pets

Possession of illegal weapons

Dangerous or reckless behavior
Individual vessel owners may establish additional rules and restrictions.

Available amenities may vary by vessel.
Additional services such as gourmet catering, special decorations, photography, transportation, and premium water activities may incur additional charges.

Participation in boating and water-related activities involves inherent risks.
By booking and participating in any charter, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with boating activities, swimming, water sports, and marine environments.

Independent Vessel Owners
YachtMe Rentals operates as a booking and marketing platform connecting guests with independent vessel owners and operators.
Vessel owners, captains, and crew are independent parties and may be solely responsible for the operation, maintenance, safety, and insurance of their vessels.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, damages, missing equipment, or violations of vessel policies.
Any damages identified after the charter may be billed to the responsible guest.
Photography & Marketing
YachtMe Rentals may use photographs, videos, testimonials, and reviews taken during or after a charter for promotional and marketing purposes unless a guest requests otherwise in writing.
